Lone Peak Hospital Blood Draw
Pet Care Services
Surgery: All patients are monitored under anesthesia by a technician who measures heart rate, oxygenation, blood pressure, breathing, and temperature. Not all hospitals operate at this standard of care, but here at Lone Peak, we are proud to provide it to our patients. We have state of the art equipment to help us care for your pet while they are here. We are committed to pain management and making your pets as comfortable as possible during their stay with us. Health Exams: By doing a thorough physical exam and learning about your pets' history, we determine the ideal vaccines and wormers for your pet. Keep in mind that vaccines and wormers often vary from pet to pet. We may recommend other tests such as x-rays or bloodwork as part of the yearly exam, especially for elderly pets. Remember, pets age at a rate of 5 - 7 times that of a human. Ask us about our Pet Care Optimum Wellness Plan to help keep your pet healthy. Back to top
Dentistry: Our digital dental X-ray, electronic scalers, polishers, and drills speed up the procedure, minimizing time under anesthesia. Dental X-rays enable us to thoroughly assess the roots of teeth, letting us "see" below the gum line. Back to top
Laboratory: We also use an outside laboratory, connecting us to specialists in areas such as veterinary oncology (the study of cancer), internal medicine, and dermatology. Back to top

Surgical & Medical Specialists: We also have an ultrasound specialist who visits our clinic and uses cutting edge technology to assist in performing diagnostic ultrasound, and ultrasound guided biopsies. Our doctors consult with oncologists and radiologists on a regular basis. Back to top
